Ecstasy Addiction

Ecstasy is most commonly used as a party drug among the late teens and early 20’s  crowd.  Known for it’s increased awareness, sense of touch and self confidence.  This can lead to activity that can make the user spiral out of control.  Drug Addiction usually occurs immediately because of the side effects that are favorable to the user.  Because ecstasy is made with various combinations of drugs it makes this particular drug even more deadly.  It can be made with heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine and more.  Many times these are combined together.

Drug Treatment centers are seeing an increased admission for ecstasy addiction due to the ease of access at clubs and/or raves.  This is usually sold right in the building and the abuser feels the effects within minutes.  If you think your teen or young adult is addicted to ecstasy or any other drug seek help immediately.
