Physical Detoxification

Dry Sauna

Many addictive substances can remain in the fatty tissue. Research has established that both pharmaceutical and so-called recreational drugs can remain in the body for an extended time and trigger cravings and depression.

The Narconon Sauna Detoxification addiction treatment program is medically supervised and consists of an exact regimen of exercise, dry heat sauna and nutrients.

Through this regimen drug residues are removed from the fatty tissue and cravings can be greatly reduced. Additionally clients report improved memory, greater energy and more enthusiasm towards life.

Social rehabilitation is a key component to the Narconon Drug Rehab Program.  It allows the former addict to become a productive member of society.

Once the subject has worked through the physical aspect of addiction and is thinking clearly, the Narconon drug rehab program moves through a series of specialized courses designed to help an addict gain self control by tapping into and strengthening inherent abilities.

The ability to communicate and control one’s life are emphasized and the addict begins to face life, sometimes for the first time in years.
Developing a realistic and workable sense of personal ethics and responsibility is a vital part of recovery. Chronic drug abuse is associated with a detrimental system of values and attitudes, criminal behavior and lack of long-term goals.

Once these issues are identified they are addressed through Narconon social rehabilitation steps.  The development of interpersonal communication skills, personal values, integrity and individual responsibility are the skills that once learned, help our graduates lead drug free and productive lives.

Family and Friends

Early in Narconon drug rehab program, the client begins to develop a life plan under the supervision of our clinical staff.  This plan includes restoring relationships with family and friends while working out future career opportunities.

Family and friends are invited to actively participate in this phase by attending the program themselves.

By the time of discharge, the graduate has developed a plan for continued support and expansion.  This is the end result of the Narconon program.  A person who can once again contribute to society and be a loving member of their family.

A Different Approach

True Rehabilitation means the repairing and reclaiming of broken lives and relationships; the commitment to mend these broken lives is clearly evident at Narconon.

Narconon, unlike other drug rehab programs, deals with all aspects of addiction. We restore the addict, both mentally and physically; to the person he was before he began using drugs or alcohol. A graduate of the program has recovered and will continue to stay well if he uses the tools he has learned and practiced while on the program.

The premise of Narconon’s therapeutic model is that the former addict can achieve a new life. One that is much better than the one before he started using drugs. It is generally found that addicts are in themselves very talented, creative individuals. The simple fact that they are still alive actually shows a great deal of ability. Once they rid themselves of their addiction and unlock the creativity and energy that has been locked inside, they often shoot straight up in whatever they do. Graduated clients often reach the top of their field, goal, organization, very rapidly.

This is where The  Narconon Drug Rehab Program hopes to play a part in each and every client’s ultimate success. They just need help overcoming this thing called “Addiction”

Recognition Of The Narconon Program

The Narconon program demonstrates the workability of the drug-free social education model. The key in developing the Narconon program has been what works-not fads, not what is politically correct.

There is not often good news in our struggle with the consequences of alcohol and other drug abuse in our society. I am happy to say that the Narconon program is good news. I encourage you to review it carefully and consider utilizing it. Many years ago I did and I have been able to help save many lives as a result.
