Drug Addiction

War on Drugs

The war on drugs is a continuous fight around the world.  There has never been a more strenuous time on society with drug and alcohol addiction as there is today.  Drug dealers are targeting our children as they see them as the source for getting their poison to a greater mass market.  Everyday children as young as 8 y ears old have been stopped by school officials as they try to sell drugs such as; heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana and cocaine in the elementary schools of our nation.

Drug education starts at home.  Parents have to become educated about the drug epidemic that has and is taking over our nation’s youth.  School systems must provide drug education awareness and prevention in order to help combat the continued infiltration of drugs in our school systems.   Addiction treatment centers such as Narconon of Georgia provide such tools that help educate parents and schools about the harmful effects of drug and alcohol abuse.

The war on drugs starts with you.  Today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders.  What are we teaching them if we continue to allow the drug dealers to take advantage of such as precious commodity?  Talk to your children about the dangers of drugs and alcohol.

If you or your loved one need the services of a drug rehab, or you simply want to make a greater impact on the war on drugs, call Narconon of Louisiana.  Our trained staff will help make the transition into drug rehab affordable and comfortable.
